What height requires a permit in Etobicoke?

Under City of Toronto bylaws, retaining walls retaining more than 0.6m (roughly 2 feet) of soil typically require a permit. Walls retaining less may still require one if they support a load or are near a property line. We’ll confirm what applies during the assessment.
